Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are considered an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Aetna for Speech Therapy services. We are in-network providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna and our in-network participation is pending for Occupational Therapy services. For all other insurance companies, we provide documentation required to use out-of-network benefits. It is important for every family member to fully understand the coverage and policies of your plan.

Do you provide services to children and adults?

We do! We have experienced staff available for the evaluation and treatment of both children and adults. Upon inquiry, if we find we do not have the ability to address a specific need, we would be happy to refer you to a collogue or facility in the area who may be able to serve you.

How much will I have to pay for therapy?

Your out of pocket expense depends on your insurance company. Some insurance plans have a patient responsibility for payment of co-pays or coinsurance. Your policy may also have a deductible and/or out-of-pocket to be met. The amount already paid towards those may also impacts out of pocket expenses. These details can be further explained by the member services department for your specific insurance company.

What are you hours of operation?

Our office is open by appointment only. Contact information for individual therapists is provided at the time of the evaluation to assist with scheduling needs.

How are services paid for?

We accept payment in the form of cash, check, or flexible spending accounts.

In order to reduce surface contact, we are also accepting traditional credit card transactions at this time.



How long are therapy sessions?

An average therapy session lasts thirty minutes, although this may vary depending on the age of the child and/or severity of delay/disorder. The individual therapist will determine the length of time of the session according to clinical judgment.

How often and for how long with my child need therapy?

This is a team decision. Frequency of therapy will be discussed and determined following the evaluation.

There are a variety of factors that determine how long someone will require therapy. The individual needs of each patient, including severity of delay, motivation and compliance with therapy plan are taken into consideration when determining the how many sessions a patient needs.
